UPDATE – Louisiana Amnesty Period Changed to December 1 Through December 31,(Nov. 19, 2015)
The Louisiana Department of Revenue (Department) has announced that the tax amnesty period that began on November 16th is suspended until December 1st and will run through December 31, 2015 (previously, through December 15, 2015). According to the Department, any amnesty payments received on November 16th or 17th will be applied to the taxpayer’s account.
